Please be kind to our staff and volunteers, they are there to help and ensure the safety of everyone.

  • Service NSW QR check in on arrival.
  • All visitors 16 years and over must be fully vaccinated and provide evidence or a valid medical exemption.
  • Children under 16 years who are not vaccinated may visit with a fully vaccinated member of their household.
  • Face masks must be worn inside the Gallery.
  • Four square metre rule applies. Please stay 1.5 metres apart.
  • Please stay home if you are unwell.

In accordance with NSW Government Health Advice temporary safety measures include:

  • Water bubblers are temporarily unavailable
  • Cashless payments are encouraged in the Gallery Shop
  • Capacity limits for exhibition spaces are in place
  • Some interactive devices are temporarily unavailable
  • Increased cleaning in place. Hand sanitiser placed throughout Gallery

Bus Services and Timetables

Carparking and Accessibility

The Gallery has accessible facilities, including a lift and set down area close to the front doors of the Gallery, undercover parking and a bus parking area. The Gallery provides the following:

  • Wheelchair access to the Gallery, the Gallery Café and the facilities - two wheelchairs are available free of charge, and can be pre-booked by calling 02 6670 2790.
  • Undercover disabled car parking spaces opposite the lift on the lower level.
  • Undercover car spaces on the lower level and off street uncovered parking on Mistral Road.
  • The Betty Marks Family research library - in the Margaret Olley Art Centre.

Tours and Group Bookings

The NSW Government Public Health Order that applies to museums and galleries has been updated. The relaxation of COVID-19 restrictions aims to keep everyone safe while allowing us to keep serving the community. As of 1 November 2020, TRG&MOAC is able to welcome booked bus group visits. Please note the following important information when planning your visit:

Gallery hours Wed – Sun 10.00am – 5.00pm. Check if DST applies.

Daily Tours and Group Bookings

Public Gallery Tours are currently being offered by our Volunteer Guides on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at 11am. Numbers on each tour are strictly limited. Places can be reserved upon arrival.

Tours for visiting groups are currently suspended in line with COVID-safe requirements.
