Guidelines for the submission of exhibition proposals
Artists of the Region - Community Access Exhibitions Program (CAEP)
The aim of the CAEP is to provide artists of the region with a professional venue for exhibitions of new work. To be eligible for consideration under the CAEP, individual applicants must be residents of Tweed, Kyogle, Lismore, Byron or Scenic Rim shires or Gold Coast City. In the case of group shows at least half the applicants must satisfy the residential requirement. Artists, both emerging and established, are encouraged to submit proposals according to the application guidelines.
Each proposal received is carefully assessed by the Gallery’s Exhibitions Committee at scheduled meetings throughout the year. The number of exhibition slots available to CAEP applicants varies according to the Gallery’s major exhibition calendar.
